UW TechTransfer and AnaSpec Sign Licensing Agreement for Protein Tyrosine Phosphatases - August 26, 2008

AnaSpec and UW TechTransfer today announced a licensing agreement that will allow AnaSpec to make, use, and sell Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Substrates as covered by UW’s patent # 5,739,278 entitled “Compositions for Protein Tyrosine Phosphatases.”

"We are pleased to partner with UW TechTransfer to provide our customers with one of the largest selections of research-ready peptides in the industry," noted Dr. Anita Hong, AnaSpec's president. "The patented protein tyrosine phosphatase substrates will be a welcome addition to AnaSpec’s signature family of GO™ Peptides."
