Orders are accepted on-line via the Internet, by e-mail, fax, or telephone. For next-day delivery, order must be placed by 11AM PST.

Shipping
AnaSpec, Inc. utilizes standard overnight or two-day Federal Express delivery (or equivalent). We will pre-pay and add the shipping charges to the invoice as separate items. To ensure stability of our products, we reserve the right to ship on dry ice as needed. This manner of shipping could increase shipping cost.
Payment Term
Net 30 days.
Bulk Orders
Discounted pricing is available for bulk orders. Please inquire about the specifics when requesting a quotation.
Prices
We will hold the prices as stable as possible. But in some circumstances, prices may have to be changed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quality
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us. Any return needs a written authorization from AnaSpec, Inc. All returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
Warranty
AnaSpec, Inc. warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. The buyer assumes all the responsibility for the use and handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages resulting therefrom.
AnaSpec, Inc.'s sole obligation is to replace the material up to the amount of the purchase price. This applies only to the product in their original containers and does not apply to a product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged by accident or through negligence.
