HiLyte Fluor™ 647 hydrazide is a carbonyl-reactive fluorescent labeling dye that generates the conjugates that are only slightly red-shifted compared to those of Cy5 dyes, resulting in an optimal match to filters designed for Cy5 dyes. It can be used for labeling glycoproteins such as HRP. Its conjugate may have better performance than Cy5 for fluorescence polarization-based assays.
