Fluorescent Dyes  >  Reactive Fluorescent Dyes  >>  1-Pyrenebutanoic acid

Product Name 1 - Pyrenebutanoic acid
Size 100 mg
Catalog # 81236
US$ $83
Description

In general, pyrene fluorophores exhibit structured spectra. The absorption maximum is usually centered around 340 nm, and the emission maximum is usually about 380 nm with excimer emission at about 470 nm. 1-Pyrenebutanoic acid is an UVexcitable fluorophore that has concentration-dependent fluorescence due to the formation of excimer. It is widely used to develop ratiometric fluorescent membrane probes.

Minimum Purity: 95%
