Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is widely used in the secondary detection system of ELISA. SensoLyte® ADHP Peroxidase ELISA Assay Kit uses highly purified ADHP to quantify HRP activity in the secondary antibody or streptavidin-HRP conjugates. It has been used to detect as low as femtomolar (10-15 M) concentration of test antibodies in an ELISA format.
