Description
This antigenic peptide is recognized by anti-MZ2-F CTL on class I molecule HLA-Cw6. The two genes of the GAGE family that code for this peptide GAGE-1 and GAGE-2, are expressed in a significant proportion in melanoma. Two more genes, GAGE-7B and –8 code for MZ2-F peptide.
