Description

This peptide is a potent formyl peptide receptor-like 1 (FPRL1) specific agonist. MMK-1 serves as a strong chemotaxis and mobilizes calcium for activating human monocytes, neutrophils, and FPRL-1 transfected human embryonic kidney 293 cells. It also stimulates human monocytes to increase pertusis toxin-sensitve production of inflammatory cytokines.
