Product Name SensoLyte® MMP - 1 ELISA Kit *Colorimetric*
Size 1 kit
Catalog # 72102
US$ $539
Description

Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) belong to a family of secreted or membrane-associated zinc endopeptidases involved in both normal and diseased tissue remodeling. MMP-1 (interstitial collagenase, fibroblast collagenase) has been identified as a drug-screening target for cancer and rheumatoid arthritis. The SensoLyte® MMP-1 ELISA Kit is an immunoassay for the quantification of total human MMP-1 (pro and active forms) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates and urine. The assays are performed in a convenient 96-well microplate format. Kit contains 96-well coated plate, recombinant human MMP-1 standard, detection antibody, diluents, color reagent, HRP conjugated streptavidin, stop solution, plate cover and a user protocol.

Kit size: 100 assays
