Anti - Keratin - 14 (IN) , human Antibody polyclonal
Species Reactivity: Exclusive to human. Reactivity was validated by ELISA. Specificity was confirmed by Western blot in HT-29 and SCC-13 cell lysates.
Application: ELISA, WB, IHC
Product Description: Rabbit polyclonal Anti-Keratin-14 (IN) is supplied as an epitope affinity purified rabbit IgG, 50 µg in 250 µl (0.2 mg/µl) of Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 0.05% Sodium Azide.
Immunogen: Rabbit polyclonal Anti-Keratin-14 (IN) was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal (IN) sequence of human keratin 14.
Application Notes: The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points. Optimal working concentrations for specific application should be determined by the investigator.
ELISA for immunizing peptide: 1:5,000-20,000 WB: 1:500-2,000 IHC: 1:150
Figure 1. IHCs of FFPE human breast tissue sections probed with Anti-Keratin-14 (IN) antibody, Cat# 55080 at 1:150 dilution. Antigen retrieval was accomplished by using 0.01% pepsin diluted in HCl, pH 2, incubated for 30 min at 37 in a humidified chamber. Secondary antibody used was donkey anti-rabbit labeled with Alexa-488 (Invitrogen), and nuclei were stained with DAPI. (Images courtesy of Dr. Andra Frost, Univ. of Alabama at Birmingham).
