Product Description: Rabbit polyclonal anti-p53 (Ser15) antibody is supplied as an epitope affinity purified rabbit IgG, 50 µg in 250 µl 1x PBS (pH 7.4) containing 0.05% sodium azide.

An antibody specific towards the phosphorylated version of the sequence is available – Rabbit polyclonal Anti-p53 (pSer) antibody, Cat# 28010.

Immunogen: Rabbit polyclonal anti-p53 (Ser15) antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide (PPLSQET) near the N-terminus of human p53.

Application Notes: The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points. Optimal working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator.

ELISA for immunizing peptide: 1: 5,000-20,000
WB: 1: 500-2,000
Immunoprecipitation (not tested): 3.0-5.0 µg/extract from 107 cells

Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), highly cross-adsorbed, HiLyte Fluor™ 750-labeled secondary antibody (Cat# 61056-05-H750 or 61056-1-H750) was used and the signals detected using an infrared-imaging system (Odyssey, Li-Cor).
