Description

This peptide is a modified human papilloma virus (HPV) type 16 oncoprotein E7-derived cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) epitope. This modified epitope has higher affinity for HLA-A2.1 and increased immunogenicity. Thus, this peptide may be useful in the development of vaccine against HPV16-induced cervical carcinoma.
