Product Description: Rabbit polyclonal Anti-Caspase-3a (p17) (NT) antibody, Z-Fish™ is supplied as an epitope-affinity purified rabbit IgG in 250 µl of 40 mM MOPS buffer (pH 7.5) containing 0.1% BSA, 0.05% NaN3, and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen: Rabbit Anti-Caspase-3a (p17) (NT) antibody, Z-Fish™ was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from N-terminal (NT) region of zebrafish Caspase-3a (p17 domain) (GenBank accession# NP_571952).
Application Notes: The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points. Optimal working concentrations for specific application should be determined by the investigator.
