5-FAM, SE is one of the most popular green fluorescent reagents used for labeling peptides, proteins and nucleotides. 5-FAM-protein conjugates are suitable for immunofluorescent staining, in situ hybridization, flow cytometry and other biological applications. The kit has all the essential components for performing the conjugation reaction and for purifying the FAM-protein conjugates. The entire process takes only half an hour.
