Description

FITC-streptavidin conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised streptavidin function. Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) remains one of the most popular fluorescent labeling reagents. The fluorescence of FITC can be observed at excitation/emission wavelength of 495 nm /520 nm. FITC-streptavidin conjugate is suitable for immunofluorescent staining, fluorescence in situ hybridization, flow cytometry and other biological applications.
