This peptide is Histone H3 amino acid residues 1 to 21. It is phosphorylated at Thr3 with a C-terminal GG linker followed by a biotinylated lysine. In vivo phosphorylation of Histone H3 at Thr3 starts at early prophase near the nuclear envelope. It spreads to the pericentromeric chromatin during prometaphase and by late anaphase it is fully reversed. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
