This peptide is Histone H2B amino acid residues 1 to 22. It is acetylated at lysine 20 with a C-terminal GG linker followed by a biotinylated lysine. Acetylated H2B is distributed throughout the nucleoplasm in a two-cell embryo. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
