Description

This peptide is Histone H2B (1-22) acetylated at lysine 15 with a C-terminal GG linker followed by a biotinylated lysine. The acetylation of histone H2B at lysine 15 helps with chromatin assembly. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
