This peptide is histone H2A (1-22) phosphorylated at Ser1, followed by a C-terminal GGK with biotinylation on the side chain of this Lys. Phosphorylated Ser1 increases during mitotic S and M phases in HeLa cells and may be associated with chromatin condensation and histone deposition. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
