This peptide is histone H2A (1-22) deiminated at Arg3, followed by a C-terminal GK with biotinylation on the side chain of Lys. Deimination of Arg3 to Cit is catalyzed by peptidylarginine deiminase (PADI)-4. This regulates arginine methylation and mediates gene expression. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
