Description

p53K370Me2 is derived from amino acid residues 361-380 of human p53 tumor suppressor protein, with dimethylation at Lys370. This peptide promotes p53 interactions with both p21gene promoters and p53 binding protein 1 (53BP1), activating transcription of p53 target genes.
