This is a biotinylated peptide derived from residues 1-21 of Histone H2B. It is acetylated at lysine 15 and contains additional WGK residues on its C-terminus. Acetylation of lysine 15 helps with chromatin assembly. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
