This peptide is histone H2B (1-22) phosphorylated at Ser32, followed by a C-terminal GGK linker, with biotinylation on the epsilon side chain of Lys. Phosphorylation of histone H2B is associated with apoptotic cells and plays a role in caspase-initiated cell death. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
