This is histone H3 (21-44) trimethylated at Lys27 with an additional C-terminal Lys and biotinylation on the epsilon side chain of this Lys. Trimethylation of Lys27 promotes Polycomb protein (Pc)-chromatin association and is associated with heterochromatin assembly and gene silencing. Provided at >95% peptide purity, this peptide was dissolved in distilled water at 1 mg/ml and re-lyophilized to powder form.
