This peptide is Histone H3 amino acid residues 1-21 with a C-terminal GG linker followed by a biotinylated lysine. Lysine 18 is acetylated and arginine 17 is asymmetrically dimethylated, i.e. both methyl groups are on one nitrogen of the guanidinium group.
