SensoLyte^® HCV Assay Kits

AnaSpec is pleased to introduce the industry’s only HTS assay kits for screening HCV NS3/4a. SensoLyte^® assay kits are specifically designed for the detection and quantification of NS3/4A protease activity at subnanomolar concentrations. They are convenient, easy-to-use assay kits that can be used in 96- or 384-well microplate format. There are three assay kits to choose from depending on what wavelength is used for monitoring the cleavage of the FRET substrate.
