HiLytePlus™ Dyes – Brilliant Gets Better

AnaSpec is pleased to introduce HiLytePlus. Built on HiLyte™ Fluor technology, the HiLytePlus™ series represents AnaSpec’s highest performing dyes for Red-NIR wavelengths.

HiLytePlus™ Series

Goat anti-rabbit antibody was labeled with a mole ratio of 8:1 of each of the indicated dyes in to give a degree of substitution of 3 (+/- 8%). Solutions of rabbit IgG were added to the wells of high-binding 96-well plates, which were then blocked with BSA. A solution of the labeled antibodies were added and the plates, after incubation and washing, were read at the optimal excitation and emission wavelengths.

These dyes are available in different reactive forms – acid, amine, C2 maleimide, hydrazide, and succinimidyl esters, SE. The SE reactive form is especially useful for labeling amino groups on proteins and appropriately modified nucleic acids using standard, familiar labeling protocols.
