MESA FAST
Eurogentec’s new range of FAST MasterMixes for SYBR® Assays
significantly reduces your run times without compromising your results – on FAST
platforms. Our new FAST MasterMixes deliver accurate, sensitive and consistent
results, using a broad range of template amounts, in FAST as well as in regular
cycling conditions, on all qPCR platforms.

MESA BLUE
MESA BLUE MasterMixes Plus for SYBR® Assays are a unique combination of our MESA FAST reagents, together with our inert blue dye.
These ready-to-use, easy-to-see MasterMixes are the new standard for all highly
sensitive SYBR® qPCR applications, allowing you to visualize dispensing
errors at a glance. This is especially true when using white plates (known to
deliver superior qPCR signals), in which colorless reagents are hard to see.

18S primers with the same cDNA. Eurogentec’s new MESA BLUE MasterMix showed
superior performance, better sensitivity, higher Rn and steeper amplicafication
curves compared with competitor A SYBR® Green reagent.
