| Q: How do I place an on-line request for a custom services price quotation? | A: To request an on-line quotation for any of our custom services, you must be logged into your on-line account. (For instructions on creating a new on-line account see "How do I open a new on-line account?)
Once you are logged in to your account, go to the AnaSpec Home Page at www.anaspec.com. On the menu on the left-hand side, click on the appropriate service listed under "Custom Services".
At the bottom of each of these sections, there is a ORDER/QUOTATION form. Fill out the required fields and click on "Request Quotation" to place your request for a quotation.
Quotations will be sent via e-mail or fax within 24 hours of your request (when requests are placed during business hours)
If you are having difficulties using the website for requesting a quotation, call us at 1-800-452-5530 or e-mail us at service@anaspec.com and we will provide you with additional instructions for requesting a quotation either by e-mail or fax. | | [top] |

Choose your preferred Customer ID# and password. It can be a number or a word 5. Fill out all the required information and click on submit 6. Please email your customer ID# to support@anaspec.com 7. | Q: How do I place an order on-line? (Custom Services) | A: 1. For custom services, you must first have a quotation sent to you. For information on requesting a quotation see "How do I request a quotation?"
2. Create a new account or login to your existing on-line account. For instructions on creating a new on-line account see "How do I open a new on-line account?"
3. To order by quotation number, go to "Order by Quotation Number". Enter the quotation number of the quotation that you would like to order. You may add individual instructions under the section "Additional Instructions". This can include information such as which item you would like to order (in cases where a quotation has been requested for multiple items) or which quantity size you would like to order (in dases where a quotation has been requested with multiple quantities).
4. Enter your payment information. You may order by PO# or Credit Card. Click "Submit" when all the necessary information is entered. | | [top] |
| Q: How do I place an order on-line? (Catalog Items) | A: 1. Create a new account or login to your existing on-line account. For instructions on creating a new on-line account see "How do I open a new on-line account?"
2. To find your desired product, you may browse through the directory and order products individually by clicking on "Add to Cart" at the bottom of each product. If you already know the catalog number for the items that you want to place, you may order more quickly by clicking on "Order by Catalog Number" which is located under the "Catalog Products" section. To order multiple items, see "How do I place an order for multiple catalog items?"
3. When you are finished shopping, click on the "My Cart" icon at the top right hand side of the AnaSpec webpage.
4. Review your order and make any required changes. You may delete items or change the quantities of items directly on the "My Cart" page. If you have made any changes, you must click on the "Update" button for the changes to go into effect.
5. Choose your preferred shipping option. For antibodies, overnight shipment is required to maintain the quality of the product. For shipments to destinations outside of the U.S., the appropriate shipping option must be selected or your order may be delayed.
6. Click on "Proceed" to move on to the payment section of your order.
7. Enter your payment information. You may order by PO# or Credit Card. Click "Submit" when all the necessary information is entered.
8. A summary of your order information will appear in your web browser. Print this out as a receipt for your order. (IMPORTANT: Your order is not complete until you click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page) After reviewing your order, click "Submit" to place your order. | | [top] |
| Q: How do I place an order for multiple catalog items? | A: In order to allow for a quicker on-line ordering experience, use AnaSpec's "Order by Catalog Number" feature.
Under "Catalog Products" on the left-hand side of the AnaSpec home page, click on "Order by Catalog Number".
Then, simply fill in the catalog #'s and the quantities of the products you would like to order and click on "Add to Cart".

| Q: How do I view my Custom Order Report? | A: In order to view your Custom Order Report you must be logged into your customer account. For instructions on creating an on-line account, see "How do I create a new account on-line?"
Once your account has been created, send an e-mail to support@anaspec.com with the following information: 1) Customer ID 2) Your Name 3) Your Company's Name 4) Your most recent confirmation # for the custom service order that you want a report for.
When your report information is ready, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
You may view your reports simply by going to "Custom Order Reports" at the top menu section of the AnaSpec webpage. Choose either "Peptide Reports" or "Antibody Reports". | | [top] |
| Q: Does AnaSpec offer any discounts? | | A: Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders; please e-mail your order to service@anaspec.com or fax it to 408-452-5059, indicating the bulk amount requested. The discounts will be reflected in the quotation we send to you. We also have promotions on selected products/services periodically. | | [top] |
| Q: How do I place an order? (International Customers) | A: International customers may order either directly through AnaSpec or through one of our distributors. Please visit our "Contact Us" section for a list of our distributors.
To order directly, you may contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail to create an account with us. (Unfortunately, our on-line ordering feature is not currently available for international customers)
