HiLyte™ β-Amyloid Labeled Peptide Citations (July 24, 2014)

Direct Observations of Amyloid β Self-Assembly in Live Cells Provide Insights into Differences in the Kinetics of Aβ(1–40) and Aβ(1–42) Aggregation is a paper reported by Elin K. Esbjörner, et al. It shows that Aβ(1–40) and Aβ(1–42) peptides exhibit different aggregation kinetics in vivo (fluorescence studies were performed using AnaSpec's dye-labeled HiLyte™ Fluor 488 or HiLyte™ Fluor 647 labeled Aβ(1–40) and Aβ(1–42) peptides, see one of the figures below). In just the first half of 2014 alone, this paper along with at least 55 other papers have reported the use of AnaSpec's β-Amyloid products. We are honored that the world's elite scientists have chosen AnaSpec's products for their research. About AnaSpec's β-Amyloid Peptides

AnaSpec has been providing β-Amyloid peptides to the Alzheimer's research community since 1997. As a company founded by researchers, we recognize the inextricable connection between the quality of one's tools and the success of one's research. Furthermore, we are continuously expanding the repertoire of our products, such as β-Amyloid labeled with fluorescent dyes for fluorescence imaging, to meet the growing needs of scientists for more sophisticated tools.
