Product Description: Rabbit polyclonal Anti-TGF-b1 (IN) antibody is supplied as an epitope-affinity purified rabbit IgG in 250 µl of 40 mM MOPS buffer (pH 7.5) containing 0.1% BSA, 50% glycerol, and 0.05% NaN3.
Immunogen: Rabbit polyclonal Anti-TGF-b1 (IN) antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide from near the intermediate (IN) region of zebrafish TGF-b1a protein (GenBank accession # NP_878293.1).
Application Notes: The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points. Optimal working concentrations for specific application should be determined by the investigator.
ELISA for immunizing peptide: 1:5,000-20,000 WB: 1:500-1,000 IHC (recommended but not tested): 1:50-200

An immunoreactive band of the pro-form was detected at ~45 kDa (Lane A). The band was blocked by the immunizing peptide (Lane B). Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), highly cross-adsorbed, HiLyte Fluor™ 750-labeled secondary antibody (Cat# 61056-05-H750 or 61056-1-H750) was used and signals detected using an infrared-imaging system (Odyssey, Li-Cor).
