The SensoLyte® Serine/Threonine Protein Kinase Substrate Sampler Kit-1 provides ten TAMRA-labeled protein kinase substrates and two phosphorylated peptide controls. These substrates can be utilized to design fluorescence polarization-based kinase assays or FRET-based kinase assays, facilitating the identification of an appropriate peptide substrate for the protein kinase of interest. The fluorescence of TAMRA-labeled peptides can be detected at Ex/Em=546/574 nm.
