The fluorescence of HiLytePlus™ 594 can be detected with filters designed for Texas Red® using excitation/emission wavelength of 596 nm /617 nm. HiLytePlus™ 594-IgG conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised IgG function.
