HiLyte Fluor™ 594, SE is a new amine-reactive fluorescent dye for protein labeling. HiLyte Fluor™ 594 has spectral characteristics similar to those of Texas Red™, with excitation and emission wavelength at 596/617 nm when conjugated to macromolecules. The labeling performance and stability are better than those of Texas Red™. The HiLyte Fluor™ 594-protein conjugates are suitable for immunofluorescent staining, in situ hybridization, flow cytometry and other biological applications.
The AnaTag™ HiLyte Fluor™ 594 Microscale Protein Labeling Kit has all essential components for performing the conjugation reaction and for purifying the HiLyte Fluor™ 594-protein conjugate. The entire process can take as short as half an hour. Ample materials are provided for three conjugation reactions with each reaction labeling up to 200 mg IgG.
