HiLyte Fluor™ 647-IgG conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised IgG function. HiLyte Fluor™647 is a near infrared flurophore with brighter fluorescence and better photostability than Cy5.The fluorescence of HiLyte Fluor™ 647 conjugate is slightly red-shifted as compared to those of Cy5 dyes, resulting in an optimal match to filters designed for Cy5. The fluorescence of HiLyte Fluor™ 647 can be observed at excitation/emission wavelength of 652 nm/659 nm.The goat anti-rabbit IgG is highly adsorbed with minimal cross-reaction to human, mouse, and rat serum protein. This secondary antibody is ideal for multi-fluorescence staining in which several primary antibodies from different species are involved.
