HiLyte Fluor™ 647-IgG conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised IgG function. HiLyte Fluor™647 is a near infrared flurophore with brighter fluorescence and better photostability than Cy5.The fluorescence of HiLyte Fluor™ 647 conjugate is slightly red-shifted as compared to those of Cy5 dyes, resulting in an optimal match to filters designed for Cy5. The fluorescence of HiLyte Fluor™ 647 can be observed at excitation/emission wavelength of 652 nm/659 nm.This Ig G has minimal cross-reaction to human serum proteins.
