This is amino acids 71 to 90 fragment of mouse myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). MOG is a potential target antigen of the central nervous system known to induce autoreactive T cell response and demyleinating anti-MOG antibodies in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients.
