3T3 cells were seeded on cover slides and grown 24 hours.
After washing, cells were fixed and incubated with anti-tubulin antibody (1
mg/mL), washed, and incubated with dye-labeled goat-anti-rabbit
antibody (5 mg/mL) for an hour. Nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (10
ng/mL)
