AggreSure [Pyr3] β-Amyloid (3-42), human - 0.25 mg

AggreSure™ [Pyr3] - β-Amyloid (3-42) peptide was pretreated and tested for aggregation using SensoLyte® Thioflavin T [Pyr3] - β-Amyloid (3-42) Aggregation Kit (Cat. AS-72276). Aggregation is guaranteed. The quantity is 0.25mg net peptide. [Pyr3] - β-Amyloid (3-42)   is the predominant amyloid peptide found in human brain, which causes Alzheimer’s disease and Down’s Syndrome. The Pyro-Glu modification on the N-terminal of β-amyloid (3-42) provides resistance to degradation. It also has higher toxicity and aggregation propensity compared to non-modified beta-amyloid.
