CyLyte Fluor 3 dye has the same organic dye structure as that of Cy®3. The CyLyte Fluor 3 dye is a bright orange fluorescent dye suitable for protein and nucleic acid labeling used widely in imaging, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry and FRET applications. [Cy®3 is a registered trademark of GE Healthcare]. Abs/Em= 550/564 nm; ε= 150,000 M-1cm-1 in PBS buffer (pH7.4)
