When were we founded?
In 1993 a group of industrial scientists saw the need for a better source of high-quality proteomic products and services, and established AnaSpec.
As a leading pioneer in peptide synthesis, AnaSpec later expanded its capabilities via acquisition and R&D, to introduce multiple complementary product lines. Over 30 years later, we passionately continue with our mission to provide innovative quality products in support of the scientific community.
What do we do?
We specialize in the manufacturing of custom and catalog Peptides, Assay Kits, Fluorescent Dyes, Amino Acids, and more.
Our selection of in-stock catalog products is focused into multiple research niches such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Cancer, Epigenetics and many others.
We expertly and routinely integrate individual product elements such as unusual amino acids, dyes, etc., to produce tailor-made solutions according to our customer’s specifications.
Where do we operate?
Headquartered in Fremont California, our GMP manufacturing cleanrooms, RUO production laboratories, QC testing laboratories, QA offices, and other administrative offices are organized for efficiency.
AnaSpec’s products and services are used around the world by scientists and drug developers in the biopharmaceutical industry, diagnostic companies, agro-food firms, academia, and governmental institutions. We ship to customers directly from our headquarters, or through our global network of distributors.
