Standard fees will be invoiced according to the table above for packages up to 20 lbs, or as priced in your quotation. For packages over 20 lbs, additional fees may apply. Ice fees apply when applicable according to the table above.
Ice fees: Dry ice fees only apply to shipments containing a maximum of 9 lbs dry ice according to the table above. For packages over the above specified weight, additional fees may apply. For some destinations, the dry ice quantity required may be larger, increasing ice fees.
Hazardous fees: additional fees may apply for hazardous chemicals.
Additional parcels: individual orders that require more than one parcel (shipping box) may be invoiced for additional shipping fees, handling fees, and/or ice fees.
Administrative costs
Handling fees: For customers using their own FedEx account, in lieu of the Standard fee, only a handling fee will apply (Ice fees still apply when applicable). The handling fees are as follows: US $25, Canada $40, International $40.
Administrative costs will be charged for re-invoicing, if necessary, due to incorrect or incomplete information on the order form.
