CUSTOM SERVICES
Custom conjugation & labeling services
We specialize in the conjugation and labeling of proteins, peptides, and small molecules. Our extensive repository of conjugation & labeling reagents, includes a large selection of fluorescent proteins and fluorescent dyes that have been cited in high impact journals for their applications in research and drug discovery.
Protein and Peptide Conjugation
Protein-to-Protein Conjugation
Our detection enzymes such as horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP) and fluorescent proteins enable conjugation with purified proteins or target-specific antibodies. Protein-to-protein conjugation is frequently used in immunoassays or imaging.
- Antibody - to - Enzyme (HRP)/Fluorescent Protein (RPE, BPE, APC)
- Streptavidin-to- Enzyme
Peptide-to-Protein Conjugations
We perform conjugations of carrier proteins to peptides for immune-functional studies via reactive maleimide or succinimidyl esters.
We offer conjugation to KLH, BSA, OVA for use in antibody (animal immunization) and vaccine development.
With expertise in peptide-antigen design, and peptide manufacturing from research to GMP grade, we can offer low bioburden and/or low endotoxin peptide conjugates. Available upon request.
Conjugating Reagents & Fluorescent Proteins
- Fluorescent tags and their conjugates: Phycobiliproteins & Recombinant protein A
- Biotinylating reagents (targeting several functional groups),
- Streptavidins and conjugates.
Staining Applications
The labeling and conjugation of proteins and small molecules are required in many experiments for monitoring and exploring extracellular and intracellular pathways applicable in a wide range of research and drug discovery applications.
In staining applications, reactive dyes confer direct binding ability with extracellular or intracellular proteins to facilitate tracking of biomolecules/processes at precise or diverse locations.
