AnaSpec is offering a new opportunity within our dynamic marketing team to actively participate in our inbound marketing strategies for the US market.  This position will coordinate the roll-out of the marketing & e-commerce plan defined by the Marketing Manager and the Headquarters to transform it into operational actions by using the appropriate online & offline marketing tools and techniques.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including digital marketing, advertising, and social media. The junior marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as email marketing, e-commerce actions, print, events, social media, or content marketing
  • Coordinate digital marketing operations. Participate to build online marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, leads and conversion
  • Edit and update online or offline marketing material
  • Design brand elements for internal communications
  • Update marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaigns success
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing Manager, Scientific content specialist and Marketing headquarters’ team to set e-commerce and digital actions
  • Work in collaboration with Scientific content specialist & Marketing headquarters’ team to optimize SEO, SEA and Content Marketing
  • Participate to improve and coordinate website usability
  • Give support to the marketing team in communicating marketing campaign goals and brand guidelines to the Sales teams
  • Actively participate in helping the marketing team provide e-commerce support
  • Contribute to defining a social media plan with the Marketing Manager and headquarters’ team Coordinate social media operations
  • Manage emailing content optimization and ensure HTML / CSS integration
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are in-line with data protection regulations such as GDPR
  • Provide support to the Marketing Team and other departments on such matters as: surveys, forms creation, internal emailing, etc
  • Stay informed of the latest Digital Marketing trends, and share and apply your expertise to the marketing department projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing operations
  • Enjoy working in a team and ability to be autonomous
  • Structured approach and knowledge in the basics of digital marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (intermediate level in Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Experience in HTML, CSS is an asset
  • Positive, open mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Eager to learn and have aesthetically sensibility
  • Pro-active, creative, and passionate about marketing
  • Rigorous, Result-oriented, problem solving and analytical skills
