FRET Technology Brochure – Industry’s First Long Wavelength Protease Assay Kits

The detection of proteases and screening of specific protease inhibitors are critical factors in the discovery of potential drugs for the treatment and management of protease-related diseases. In the last decade or so, the use of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) technology has made the continuous assay of protease activity and high throughput screening (HTS) of protease inhibitors faster and easier.
