Quantity

This peptide is amino acid residue 149 to 157 of chemerin, a natural ligand of ChemR23, a G protein-coupled receptor expressed in immature dendritic cells and macrophages. This peptide retains most of the activities of the full size protein including ligand binding to chemerin receptor. It is a chemoattractant factor for human immature dendritic cells (DCs), macrophages, and NK cells, and play a role in skin inflammatory processes.
